• Usage and request data: API request metadata including timestamps, model used, token counts, latency, and error codes. We do not store the content of your prompts or model responses by default.
• Billing information: payment method details processed securely through our payment providers (Xendit, Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and other standard web analytics data collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage your account balance.
• Generate usage dashboards and spend reports visible to you.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Send transactional emails (account activity, invoices, security alerts).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

• AI model providers: your API requests are forwarded to the underlying model provider you select (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle your data.
• Payment processors: billing data is shared with Xendit and/or Stripe solely to process transactions.

5. API Request Content

By default, Aivene acts as a pass-through proxy. The content of your prompts and model responses is not stored on our servers beyond the time needed to route the request. Request metadata (model, token counts, latency) is logged for billing and usage analytics purposes and retained in accordance with Section 6 below.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage metadata is retained for up to 24 months to support billing history and analytics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect Service functionality.
